Bloke I hate to tell you but your delusional. The project doesn't have the support of the LNP or LABOR..They have held the lease for 10 years and never put a hole down. There scratching around in a trading halt to raise $1 million currently. To be taken remotely seriously I would imagine you would want $1 billion cash but I could imagine $5 billion wouldn't go far to develop a project of this magnitude. ADVENT,BUY and BPH struggle to cover wages and administration expenses and what proven track record or off shore drilling and associated infrastructure experience do they have. What support do they have from political parties and obviously evidence of the required funding. It's that embarrassing they are currently in a trading halt to raise a misely $1 million, that shows how financial they are
