Amazingly the ASX announcement speaks the truth
$13,000,000 is what it says they can raise. Not sure why that is confusing.
Lest you concede the they will probably take double what they state.
As far as the SP doubling…. Not if they don’t get a deal in excess of that SP equivalent.
