Even if CODA is ionic, ENV is crippled by having 2 other active projects requiring dilutive capital raises to fund. If they're just pretending to progress Charlie Creek whilst they find a better project to switch to, and they stop spending money on it and Pocos, then maybe it's worth something like what Paul indicates.
The only reason to buy in the next few months seems to be Pocos results, if they're just 1000-1500ppm then you're out of luck until CODA results in july/august. Plenty of oppies to cap the price too. Other than a pump and dump, why buy now?
