If you want a possible outcome which lines up with our timing read this article. From all the information possible this is a very strong call it a dot. There was the mention by Sean in one presentation that BRN did not want to compete against its customers with chips hench no taping of 2.0.
We do know that 2.0 needs to be taped out for many as a proof of concepts. What ever the reason why BRN did not tape a chip.
As far as I'm concerned Intel and Arm are the biggest and logical partners to get things moving.
