DIVIDE the TOTAL NPV BY No of SHARES OUTSTANDING
to get $3.92
Now correct their error and add the new 12M shares outstanding (87.548M shares + 12M) = 99.548M shares)
Also add the $12M to the CASH total (2.286M + 12M = 14.286M) .. now add NPV + CASH to get new Total NPV (355,536) and divide that by new TOTAL Shares Outstanding (99,458) = $3.57 STILL INCREASE of .57c<<

Thanks for clarifying this. It's a pretty basic error for a Broker to make; how solid is their advice to clients' when their attention to detail is somewhat lacking?
