There's 364 days to go and mgmt didn't come out and say, "we will be buying back shares at any cost, immediately and from day one of the buy-back."

For all we know, they may have dispersed their 1M line at 41c into multiple lines with smaller increments.

One thing is almost certain. CFE know much better than the rest of us when the likely sale of one of their key assets is going to occur. Given this, i am happy for them to buy shares whenever they feel like it.
