    KCN is Australia's second biggest gold producer and is in a strong growth phase plus has increased in price by 400% since the GFC.

    LRC looks a good buy imo as a cheap entry into KCN with the added bonus that there might be a counter bid - though under the Terms of the agreed takeover by KCN, negotiations are now not permitted with another party.

    I hold KCN.
