Screen shows Hli highest yielded on asx, page-3

You say its at a discount- I am not an actuary and this is a moving target so I cannot work out whst is its underlying value. Have thought about engaging with investor relations but have found them to be fluffy rather than enlightening in other companies.
I dont know how to value this as the decreasing turnover and fixed cost structure makes profitability very sensitive to changes in income and outside environment.
As a result I think its worth around $5.00 but that is gut feel and I would prefer them to keep buying back at the best rate as this will protect remaining shareholders.
This I think has risk but I cannot quantify how much risk. Anyone have any input?
