People criticise the tariff but it has to do things for the US after IRA. The US market is big enough to be itself and we learn many lessons now that if you rely on one particular source, you are dependent on it. If the tariff passed, we see even more accelerated investment in the US throughout the supply chain. PLS needs to move away from selling spod but downstream is a must now.
For China, they may not be competitive in the US market (but do they really sell much there yet?) but still can dominate the rest of the world.
