In my opinion it is tax management insofar as TG can realise a capital loss on the shares acquired in the last capital raising which were acquired as a direct interest for $10.8m (see announcement dated 5 December 2023). Those shares have now been transferred to to an indirect interest at a value of $7.8m realising a loss of $3m. That is what I assume is behind this transaction.
