The image compilation of the Vigil organisation chart was purely for visual analysis of the composition of the personnel, in the board and management, with a particular focus on the gender composition and the relative weighting of the business roles, but an overall view of how a business 'looks' to the outside world, and not any attempt at a relative evaluation of the financials.

In the current circumstances for PAA, we are experiencing a considerable inquiry, into how we look to those outside, and you can appreciate we are undergoing a considerable re-evaluation on all fronts.

I would hope that PAA move towards a board and management composition that reflects modern appreciation of gender and diversity. If we looked at another modern small biotech, we would hope to see a broad and inclusive composition.
