Well the funding race is on then Jock,,,,, do they push a CR swiftly and promote the ODD will be the catalyst for those that jump on board? or wait for the ODD to propel the SP upward? then Raise? like you pointed out not being awarded ODD to the uninitiated will spell doom but really the opportunity was generated by MT ,, in the long term I hadn't banked on it until it was promoted..

Either way from where I stand, clear concise communication is required...
