I don't believe we will be at final state for our BoD in the next week or more. We could well see very solid consideration be afforded to this aspect in the directorship make-up - in fact I understand gender diversity may have recently been discussed with the old board. The talent in Neurological fields is diverse so no reasonable excuse here - longer term.

Further, we also have Dr Carol Worth on our very small team and so it is clear the business is open to diversity. It would not surprise me that further women join the team in the near terms too. What we need right now is stability and in that light, it might be hard to get that diversity as an immediate action, beyond the SAB.
