I'm fundamentally confused - how do we have $30 million in cash as of the last quarterly, just got the R&D refund and other grant with a total value of $19 million and we still need to raise capital. Especially since spend on TECH was meant to essentially stop. Very interested to see how much they raise and what the funds are earmarked for.
