We are all Guessing Tronnie . What really matters is what governments are prepared to do to try to mitigate global warming . To me , at the moment , it looks like most governments worldwide are under people pressure to do what they can . Regardless of the true savings in emissions from wind farms ( my guess is nowhere near what the greens are saying ) green energy and storage are here to stay and will continue to expand . EV’s ( again regardless of the emissions savings ) will be more prevalent . Stand alone olar powered residential electricity systems will become more prevalent , as power prices continue to rise . In my opinion if political parties try to slow change to renewables , regardless of the facts , the masses will never vote them to office . I could be wrong but to convince the masses of the world that we should stop transitioning to renewables would be political suicide . We shall see , if Trump isn’t in jail , he might have a crack at it !!!!
