The only one who looks like a fool is the bloke who just announced that VUL had "landed" a loan, when they haven't. You quoted me directly stating "To my knowledge, no lithium developer/producer has ever secured a debt deal or pre-paid offtake equivalent to twice their market cap." VUL haven't secured anything, nor do they have anything close to a debt deal in place. Potentially suitable.......
I thought you would have learned your lesson there from one of your other holdings, LTR. They were much further along with a debt deal than VUL are; they had a signed commitment letter and credit approved term sheet for a $760m loan. Remind me again what happened to that deal?
