I think the most important issues for a takeover would be the MRE and the Met. A scoping study will take a year and a DFS will take another 2 years imo. I also think the large company that takes us out would want to do their own study.
So once the Met is completed later this year, the door would be open in my opinion.
I think it's unlikely the current management will want to take the project to production and Regal have clearly stated they see it as a Takeover target.
So my best guess would be early in calendar quarter 4 this year.
BTW I have just offloaded the last of my kids, so I am enjoying the serenity.
