Why is it looking more and more like being delayed? And what are you talking about? Land purchases or dfs. You have to explain that to me.
They have said mid year for dfs, and a set date agreed upon for land purchases.
If something gets closer to its due date, and we are not told this date is changing, is it more and more likely to be delayed?
If someone tells me my car will be ready on Friday, on Thursday i dont think oh no its going to be delayed. I think great i get my car tomorrow. Unless im told different of course.
