Only ever seen CR 's at a discount to encourage participation.
To add to my previous post,if this does indeed pan out to be the case(CR at a discount) ,I will 100% be making enquiries based on the evidence that is publicly available.
I'm hopeful that it is a CR in conjunction with another party, to the benefit of shareholders...... but the shorts tell a story.
