The merger is between two suppliers. This has nothing to do with the pharmacies owned by pharmacist
Why would the ACCC block two suppliers merging when westfarmers a supplier merged with API and got approved. There is no ground to reject in anyway because Wesfarmers would have gotten rejected but they didn’t
