We need the potency assay work to be acceptable.
Of interest is Eric Rose is on the public record saying that we had problems with the potency assay.
Phil Krause is on the record saying efficacy is no longer being questioned
After many more millions spent and a recent meeting with the FDA
Eric Rose has now bought on market, twice .
If he was purchasing for a possible AA in the LVAD space he would need to ensure stock wasn't about to collapse with a third CRL being issued.
We need the directors to be right.
