I amm leaning to an answer of that this was successful and led to the new LOI, though it is a strange way to proceed as a LOI was in place already.

Regarding the Shareplacement comments prior, with a gearup of staff for testing we could see a placement to raise funds as this is a strategic alliance both sides need to put in cash.
