Perhaps try qualifying accurately what Irothschild specifically said with regards to skin-in-the-game and or management’s past. Perhaps try even rereading what he posted to avoid falling into error.
And your logic seems to be essentially, any negative outcome a stock’s SP experiences should simply be ignored because Mr. Market simply doesn’t see what you see.
