Probably worth keeping an eye on the development of this story. There will no doubt be legal and cost ramifications for Greenstone but at least it appears no one was hurt or died as a result of the incident.
Is there a scenario where former owners could be liable for any technical issues with the dam that led to this failure? I would have thought that any liability would have been absorbed by the new owner when RED sold Siana, but stranger things have happened.
