As at 10/04/2024 after the issue of shares for the recent Tranche1 Placement to sophisticated investors was completed (Post #: 73273319), M2R has a total SOI of 186m and circa $600k cash (inclusive of the remaining $157k cash at the end of March quarter) at the bank (a current MCap of $1.86m at 1c). As previously announced it will raise another $1.2m (@1.2c; Tranche2) in/around June 2024, the total SOI will then be around 290m after June 2024.
