It is poor management to CR at sub 100 million.
It is beyond ridiculous.
A well run company would of built up the production capacity first as this is funded.
Moreover, when you have spent 10s of millions on studies for a dead tech project and never released a DFS and now diluting SH at 82 million MC...... there is 0 trust.
The short position is going to look horrendous if there is a significant discount. Basically, we probably would be approaching a sub 3 cents SP in a blin of an eye.
