Budget would likely need to be substantial to adequately test the Mn anomalies and generate a JORC-compliant Resource estimate. Perhaps if they'd pivoted to Mn much earlier had they been aware of the outcrops it could have been fast-tracked. Given their MC now, we'd likely have to go through years of repetitive drip-feed cap raises of $1.5-2.0M to inch us towards a potential pre-feasibility study. Pretty sure no-one is prepared to wait that long.
Perhaps the best outcome would be if a in-country Mn miner approached them with an offer to just buy the rights to the Mn, otherwise it'll be death by a thousand cuts. The Gold Ridge deal seems a bit convoluted, tbh haven't fully kept up with the details on that one.
Anyone know what happened to the Kohorgo Nord Au tenement to the east of Tongon MKG picked up a few years ago? It was constantly talked about due to the "nearology" to Tongon, then it was basically never mentioned again.
