As I expected nobody actually answered my questions. I think they are questions that must be reasonably be answered before we know what action to take.
It just is not logical to take action to deal with a problem that may not exist, or which we may not be able to control.
I am not against good housekeeping, and using efficient power sources, which will come with technology. But until the questions are answered how do we know what to do?
