They likely need to raise before the end of the quarter,
So the sooner they get the raise out of the way the better.
Personally think they, and not just them a lot of companies,
Could have raised while sentiment was hot and the SP was much higher.
For less dilution and
A better all round result for shareholders.
At this point is seems unlikely that all of the Preliminary results will be out this quarter.
So they will need the funds to not just get all the preliminaries done,
But to also get all of the Finalised results out.
It also gives them a better stance to negotiate on as they then would not need funds imminently.
