That would be the way forward
They really need to give a reason why they are diluting shareholders for a project that wont create value.
They have 30 million in cash, this makes no sense in terms of shareholder ROI.
The only upside would be if someone bought in at 3.8 cent / 19 million. Then I could see some logic
