My assumption is based on the last 1/4. If you are making money, there is no reason for dilution. It indicates to me that there burn rate is massive and they need to expand to generate "cash positive " revenues.This was not has been indicated by the last CR in August. There are serious questions to be answered, as the trust is gone.
