I finally picked up the call last night and said I’ve been a holder for over a decade and am losing trust in the leadership crafting rem targets that seem to be more about lining their own pockets than creating value for shareholders. I finished by saying I’m tired of the annual or bi-annual lip-service paid to a capital management plan that includes a dividend policy. To be honest, by his reaction, I believe the last few dozen calls had been in support of all resolutions and my call was a bit of an anomaly.
