Isn't this what a vote is for? We have voices, we should use them. I cannot attend the AGM , not being in Australia, but I sure hope others will attend. Then there are the proxies....
I guess I will vote against. But what consequence will such a vote have? He is already the managing director, is he not? The board already appointed him. Will the AGM discuss that? What happens when a salary increase is voted down? Will he hate the shareholders and sabotage our interests? What recourse is there? What should be done?
