    Hi satori,

My exile has been broken to respond to your post, and the fact it has received 13 thumbs up (net) meaning your critisisms have a lot of support.

I'll answer the comments that irk me as far as I can.

    You state:

"Sure PLV hands are obviously tied re confidentiality with the MOU, however wheres the 'effective' PR???
I don't see it. I didn't see it in the announcement. I thought the announcement, despite a sentence or two was a little too vague....hardly much to go on or inspire investment"

    My answer:

You have no idea as to the terms of the MOU, you have no idea what I can legally say, you have no idea on whether the Japanese can vet the announcement etc...

If you don't like the direction of the company either sell your shares or get mates that hold 5% and call a EGM.

Pluton's major shareholders "get it" and are very happy with what Pluton has acheived. How mnany MOU's have been signed with the Japanese in the mining industry recently? Compare them to the Chinese MOU's then have a look at how companies like...maybe Mt Gibson...went when the GFC happened...what did their Chinese supporters do then?

I said in the announcement what I legally could....if you wanted me to ramp the announcement then sorry to disappoint you, we dont do that.

    You said:

"This is demonstrated in the collapse of the share price on what should have shored up sentiment and elevated this company to another level."

    My answer:

Rubbish...typical buy on rumour sell on fact. The shareprice collapsed? compare the share price to 6 weeks ago.

    You said:

"I am not interested in what PLV cannot/or unable to announce. I am interested in what they CAN announce."

    My answer:

...and you got what I could announce.

There are real reasons why the JTC want to stay confidential and why the announcement was written the way it was. I, and the Board, understand these issues, and fully support them. Again if you dont trust the Board then you invested in the wrong stock.

    You said:

"I think its time the company delineated a lot of what was mentioned in the Intersuisse report....i'm not seeing it."

    and;

:.. AND.. the Intersuisse report that PLV themselves commissioned."

    my answer:

Rubbish, get your facts straight, I neither paid for the report and never saw it until it was sent to me after it was issued. The "commercial terms" statement by Intersuisse relates to something completely different that we are working on with Intersuisse, and to their credit they said they were in a relationship with us. They never said we paid for the report or had any input into it.....because we didn't. Their views are their own.

    You said:

"on more than one occasion now i've seen a 'relaxed' attitude to the share price.

I witnessed it re the Mayala agreement comments (no hurry to sign agreement comments) here by Tony a few months back...and ive witnessed it again with a vague announcement on a non binding MOU"

    my answer;

Pluton does not NEED an agreement with the Mayala for another 2 years...that does not mean we arent working on it. If you think this is a "relaxed attitude" then that is your opinion and has nothing to do with reality.

As to a "relaxed attitude" to the share price??? I would have thought my daily swings of hundreds of thousands of dollars to my shares and options would mean I was not totally relaxed about it. Maybe my attidude is different to yours....I generally don't bother about the daily share price...all I can do is get Irvine to production and promote the company. the share price on a daily basis doesn't concern me too much.

    You said:

"Direction is needed. Committment to it is required. I'm not seeing it i'm afraid."

    my answer:

I'm very sorry to hear that. That is obviously a failing on myself being the MD not being able to communicate this. If I had no commitment I would have sold out of PLV for a gazillion bucks and retired, instead of spending half my life on aeroplanes and not seeing my family for about half of each year.

    You said:

"As a shareholder i expect much more and i'd hope thats the message a number of shareholders respectfully hit home to the company as well"

    My answer:

great, see you and the other 13 people (net) either at the AGM or by email or phone.

I have posted many times that I will accept fair critism, however critism based on incorrect facts or a lack of understanding (ie: the MOU) I don't need. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I respect that, however I dont need to respond to it OUTSIDE ACCEPTED FORUMS (ie: AGM's or direct contact to the company).

    You said:

"'If' this MOU doesnt succeed where will that leave PLV..and the share price?

Plan B? ie 'Other' parties in the wings?

    Plan C? etc"

    My answer:

The Board of Pluton would be stupid not to have a Plan B or C.

Anyway, enough from me. I must say that while I'm disappointed by the statements above I'm more disappointed by the number of people who agree with it. I have been warned over and over again that posting on HC as an MD is sheer stupidity. Days like today I can see their point.

Hope things go well for all of you.

    Cheers, Tony.
