    Hi Wgdt72,

    As you know MRC is looking at borrowing the funds from Au Mining to pay the $800k AUD to achieve the 90% ownership.
    It would benefit MRC's if the matter to move to the courts, It will delay the period on when the financial interest is required to be paid to Gold Terrance.
