Why would the "aggressor" want to "remove", when they're capturing more territories every day?
The ball is in Ukraine's government court. If they want to stop losing lives and territories, they need to start negotiating.
Past 10 years have clearly demonstrated that the Ukrainian army is incapable of restoring their 1991 borders (which is what their objective is). Even with hundreds of billions of dollars worth of support from EU and US.
