Kevi, love your work. Just want to confirm however, RXL does NOT have $15M cash. They have signed a farm-in deal where up to $15M can be spent by Teck to earn 70% in the project (leaving RXL with 30%).
Thought that it was important to clarify this, don't want people to buy on wrong information. (Disc: I hold)
