FWIW I think the activist will lose this battle, because the managers of OPM don't care. They'll get a first strike and then get cleared out next year.
At current prices, I actually don't want any (unfranked) dividends. Just go hard on buybacks until the price is neutral with whatever acquisitions they have in mind.
