just adding my 2c to the discussion of AGY taking a while to get to nameplate:

"you get what you pay for".

AGY is not a large company, we've never had big wads of cash to play with, our quarterly spend comparative to other similar peers is very low and that is very intended and pre-meditated by Jerko, we don't have any IP (other than from Pablo) that a company who's been around longer has, we don't have a lot of staff who have "been there, done that".

We have Pablo and fam, and a very frugal budget; i'll say it again "you get what you pay for".

Where Rio Tinto literally spends billions doing a similar thing then yes - you can expect their ramp up will be quicker, they're throwing so much cash at it, they have a huge history of similar projects and experience (ofc not lithium as lithium is more a newer thing).

In my eyes this situation within AGY is expected.

On a different topic, im eager to see what happens in the next few months. It's going to affect us hugely.
1) will a CR be required? Will ramp up come in time, and be enough to keep us going without the external s3 funding? Will we sell the 100 tonnes we have and go down the self-sufficiency route in the interim?

2) What kind of S3 deal are we going to get? How much dilution? Prepayment for lithium product - at what price? Any debt, how much? Who's the deal with? is it coming soon, or another meat pie on a stick?

3) the AGM voting question to increase our shares on issue to a limit up to 25% within a year has been put forward to us. Clearly Jerko's premeditating something, what is that? Is that for a CR for S2 to keep it going, or part of the S3 funding deal terms?
