Raving - I think that slack will be picked up by other countries. When the $700m contract was raised - Israel hadn't got their order in, or approved. Now they are going to get 35 of them. So that would replace some of the CV F-35 production. I figure they will get more down the track.
The same with some other countries - afterall what alternative is there?
