It was good for cla that they raised $5m from svm.
Trusting them to hold was clearly short sighted, and they should have been in escrow so the shares couldn't be weaponised against the company imo.
Live and learn.
The substantial holder notice clearly shows svm sold over 20m shares after their previous dump earlier, just under the reportable limit. My guess is, it happened when the ML dropped. They got most back in the recent CR, so if they wanted out, why buy more at a higher price than now?
I don't see anyone else with the motive and fire power to pull this down from 2c after the ML announcement sorry. Other funding will make svm a blip on the screen, and take them out in a heartbeat. Could well be another svm deal failure imo. I would be happy with that, as they don't strike me as good bed fellows.
If Cu and Au keep tracking up like they have, US$5.05 and US$2,361 respectively as I type this, we are going to get the funding required sooner or later imo.
