'Can be used to support' is nothing like actually applying to the FDA pumper.
I can write a letter saying "Nyrada is an ace company and my granny likes it" - both carry the same weight at an FDA hearing. That's why Nyrada, in it's own minutes state they need to prepare and IND for the FDA.
Maybe read the stuff from the FDA pumper, eh?
