    Clearly being held-back this morning, which is great as it tells us she will run very soon.

    The same thing happened to RXL last week. As soon as the JV announcement came out, a massive road block was put in the way while the big boys who were caught-out accumulated. About 2 hours later they lifted the block and off she went. The rest is history :)
