The problems start and stop with Miller He has never understood the market he is in nor how to penetrate that market nor what resources are required. It appears early in the piece NUH may have engaged a management consultant, that chart he continues to put up in his presentations looks something straight out of BCG or similar firm. The chart is wrong. He is also trying to build a presence in the US but the whole company is in Perth with basically one guy in Seattle with few resources. After the poor cap raise last November, he really needed to completely shift strategy instead he doubled down bringing the company to its knees. Miller needs to go, the guy has no idea how to run a business let alone build one.
