If that's the case, then you can hardly call these guys 'sophisticated'.
They are selling a $10 stock for around $1.25. More like they are mates who went to uni together, or play golf together, etc.
Either way who really cares. The more important thing is that MHM now has $12m in the bank.
Another significant point which hasn't been discussed yet in relation to the recent share allotment is how this is going to help MHM move up into the ASX300, ASX200, etc. Since the share registry has increased by 12million shares, and the share price hasn't dropped, the market cap has increased. Then there will be the multiplier effect as the share price increases over time. This is obvious, just hasn't been pointed out yet.
