SP been basing well and approaching tight point. Given the size of resources and upcoming producers why the hell would you sell. Could be the flush before it just ripped higher. Just depend on how they do the raise but I suspect a big institution wants to come in. An 11 cents raise for institutional only will confirm the deal. Buy everything on open as retailers panic and watch it ripped.
