Yes - that's a good point about shareholders being included.
It would really be rubbing noses in the dirt if the cap raising was by a placement to "institutions and sophisticated shareholders" at a deeply discounted price.
I still don't know exactly what a "sophisticated shareholder" actually is? I thought I would qualify - I have a lot of shares, and I consider myself to be fairly sophisticated.
I think what they really mean is "their mates".
