Really all they had to do was execute the path they started out on in the hearing space, they changed direction from there and it has come back to haunt them. The hearing space is where you sell hearing product, end of, and then you introduce your back end platform as add ons and create recurring revenue streams and OEMs for the software. Huge opportunity missed, especially after doppler left them on there own with no competition at that point.Too busy trying to offload the company instead of getting the groundwork correct.
