Steven chart tells a lot of story , the high of $4 was the adjustment for the 40:1
we were trading about 17.5c
pre Japan and then we had a 40:1 consolidation 2015 , so the price equivalent was $7.00 .
regardless and irrelevant now , we are trading at soon to be 10c , along way off the chart $4 highs equivalent .
this stock has performed terrible for the consolidation
circumstances between 2015 and now have been poor for U stocks .
adding billion shares may double the MC , but probably just halved SP expectations
