I have just received a reply from Lee.

"We were at the Modern Day Marine Expo, and had an excellent response from those attending, and are following through on several promising opportunities as a result."

"We are exhibiting at AUSA as part of the Australian Industry Austrade stand, as we have done so in previous years. While the Australian Industry stand gives a great position at a reasonable cost, on some exhbitor lists, individual companies that are part of industry stands are not listed as individual companies."

So there you have it.

I feel it important for me to apologise to Lee and MST, and other posters. What has just happened is a classic example of Chinese whispers, and how things can get rapidly out of control based on rumour and innuendo. I posted that MST was not at the MDM expo based on a Google search that did not show MST as attending. I was wrong.

BTW, I have another mail in to Lee about the PNG deal. I have a feeling that what Tony Aimo was quoted as saying has been taken out of context. Whether it is his grasp of English I don't know, and I'm certainly not casting any aspersions in his direction when I say that. I have asked Lee whether in light of what appears to have been said, he feels the need to offer clarification. Hopefully we will hear something to that effect.
